Food For Thought began in 1996 as a celebration of the Genesis Center's culinary arts job training program, which has graduated hundreds of students who are now enjoying culinary careers throughout Rhode Island.
 
Over the past 12 years, Food For Thought has become a popular Rhode Island event for food lovers looking to discover new restaurants, to talk to their favorite chefs, to explore live world music, or to simply enjoy unique culinary delights from some of Providence's finest.
 
THIS YEAR, Wine lovers will be delighted as we host 7 local vineyards, directly pairing their wine with our foods.
